This 60 minute reading is a great place to start with my special kind of truly holistic healing.  

What’s included:

-Initial 60 minute reading done via Zoom.

-TWO 45 minute one-on-one coaching follow up sessions (also via Zoom).

-Any appropriate recommended tools, tips, techniques, etc. to support yourself in your wellness journey (see below). 

Here, with along with my 10+ years of diagnostic experience, I’ll intuitively look into your basic health on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and determine what is out of balance and how you can go about correcting these.  

Recommendations for correcting imbalances, and supporting your healing journey may include things like more specific dietary changes you’d be served to make, supplement and/or herbal protocols that would help support you (without having to do all the leg work to find good quality products, and figure out what to take.  I’ll tell you some of that here!), essential oils to use in your daily routine to help support your healing on all levels, the root emotional causes of physical symptoms or cravings, affirmations, mudras, and other healing techniques that your body and spirit are asking you for now. While this is as basic as it gets for this work, it’s very powerful healing, and how you choose to use it is all up to you! How empowering is that!?!

With this reading you will also receive two additional 45 minute one-on-one coaching calls with me.  This is an important part of supporting the spiritual evolution that inevitably follows this type of reading, and to support your continued healing in the highest.  These are to be done (ideally) every two weeks following the initial reading, and will need to be scheduled at the time of payment.
